China Resources Land Limited has announced a final ordinary dividend of RMB 1.243 per share for the financial year ending December 31, 2023, which will be paid out at an exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.09908, equating to HKD 1.366 per share. Shareholders have the option to receive the dividend in RMB and must make their currency selection by July 9, 2024, with the payment date set for July 26, 2024. The announcement also confirms the ex-dividend date as June 12, 2024, and the record date for dividend entitlement as June 14, 2024.
