China Resources Land Limited has announced the resignation of Mr. Xie Ji as an executive director, member of the Executive Committee, and as the company’s Authorized Representative and Process Agent, effective from 12 August 2024. The company has appointed Mr. Guo Shiqing as the new Authorized Representative to replace him. The Board has expressed its thanks to Mr. Xie for his service and confirmed there are no unresolved issues related to his departure.
