China Resources and Transportation Group Limited remains on course with business operations despite the continued suspension of its shares on the Stock Exchange since July 3, 2023. The company is working diligently to publish all outstanding financial results as required by the Listing Rules and to comply with the Stock Exchange’s Resumption Guidance in order to resume trading by the deadline of January 2, 2025. Failure to satisfy these conditions may lead to the cancellation of the company’s listing.
