China Resources & Transportation Group Ltd. has announced that Ms. Xu Hui will resign as an independent non-executive director and committee chairperson effective 15 October 2024, to focus on her personal career. The board expresses gratitude for her contributions and simultaneously welcomes Ms. Huang Chunlian as her replacement. Ms. Huang brings over seven years of experience in financial management and accounting to her new roles within the company.
