China Resources Gas Group has announced the retirement of Mr. WANG Chuandong as chairman of the Board and other key positions, effective 16 August 2024. The company has appointed Mr. YANG Ping, previously the CEO, to succeed him as the new chairman of the Board and other roles. The Board credits Mr. YANG Ping’s extensive experience and leadership skills as vital for the company’s ongoing development.
