China Resources Gas Group Limited has successfully passed all proposed resolutions during their Annual General Meeting on May 24, 2024. Shareholders approved crucial measures including the issue and repurchase of shares, the re-election of directors, and the appointment of KPMG as the auditor. Notably, the resolutions received overwhelming support, with the declaration of a final dividend and the re-appointment of the auditor each garnering 100% approval.
