China Resources Enterprise has ceased to be a substantial shareholder in New Zealand King Salmon Investments after transferring its entire holding of 53,125,934 ordinary shares, previously representing about 9.8% of the company, and now holds no shares. The stake was shifted via an intra-group restructuring to China Resources Asset Management under a share transfer agreement dated 12 January 2026, indicating an internal realignment of ownership rather than an external exit, with settlement expected around 15 January 2026 and no immediate operational impact on New Zealand King Salmon signalled in the disclosure.
