China Reinsurance (Group) Corporation has nominated Ms. Zhu Xiaoyun as an executive director candidate for its upcoming fifth session of the Board, pending shareholder and regulatory approval. Ms. Zhu, with a master’s in economics and a long tenure at the company since 1998, holds multiple leadership roles including vice president and board secretary. Details of her extensive experience in the industry and remuneration plan, subject to shareholder approval, will be included in a forthcoming circular to shareholders.
