China Reinsurance (Group) Corporation has nominated Ms. Zhu Xiaoyun as an executive director candidate for its upcoming fifth session of the Board, pending shareholder and regulatory approval. Ms. Zhu, with a master’s in economics and a long tenure at the company since 1998, holds multiple leadership roles including vice president and board secretary.
