China Reinsurance (Group) Corp. is set to hold its second extraordinary general meeting (EGM) of 2024 on October 8th, with key agenda items including the election of Ms. Zhu Xiaoyun as an executive director and Mr. Keung Yui Fai as an independent non-executive director. Shareholders are reminded that the register of members will be closed from October 3rd to 8th, during which no share transfers can be processed. The meeting will be conducted by poll voting, and results will be made publicly available on the company’s and HKExnews’ websites.
