China Reinsurance Declares Final Dividend for 2023

China Reinsurance (Group) Corp. Class H (HK:1508) has released an update.

China Reinsurance (Group) Corp. has announced a final dividend of RMB 0.042 per share for the year ended December 31, 2023, with shareholder approval set for June 28, 2024. The ex-dividend date is scheduled for July 3, 2024, with payment to be made on August 23, 2024. Taxation on dividends will vary for individual non-resident shareholders depending on their country’s tax treaty with the PRC, ranging from 10% to 20%.
