China Reinsurance (Group) Corp. has announced a final ordinary dividend of RMB 0.042 per share for the year ended 31 December 2023, with payment due on 23 August 2024. Shareholders will receive dividends in HKD at an updated exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.095895. The company also outlined withholding tax rates for individual shareholders depending on their country of residence and tax treaty arrangements with the PRC.
