China Reinsurance (Group) Corp has appointed Mr. Liu Yuanzhang as joint company secretary despite his current lack of formal qualifications for the role, receiving a three-year waiver from The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong’s strict compliance rules. During this waiver period, he will be assisted by Ms. Ng Sau Mei, who is already a qualified joint company secretary. The company has expressed gratitude to Ms. Zhu Xiaoyun for her service as she steps down from the same position.
