They have shown appreciation for her service and introduced Mr. Liu Yuanzhang as the new appointee. Mr. Liu’s appointment is contingent on a waiver from The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited due to his current lack of formal qualifications, and the company will update on this matter in future.
