China Reinsurance (Group) Corporation announced the successful appointment of Ms. Zhu Xiaoyun and Mr. Keung Yui Fai as executive and independent non-executive directors, respectively, after the resolutions were passed by overwhelming majority votes at the second extraordinary general meeting of 2024. Both appointments will take effect upon approval by regulatory authorities and completion of procedural requirements, with their terms expiring at the end of the fifth session of the Board of Directors.
