China Railway Signal & Communication Corporation Limited has announced an updated final dividend of RMB 1.7 per 10 shares for the year ended December 31, 2023, which will be paid in HKD at the rate of 1.866628 per 10 shares on August 30, 2024. Shareholders must lodge transfer documents by June 19 to be eligible, and a 10% withholding tax will apply to non-resident enterprise and individual shareholders, with potential refunds under tax treaties.
