China Railway Signal & Communication Corporation Limited has successfully conducted its 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM), with the presence of all Directors and Supervisors, and a 66.01% shareholder turnout. The AGM saw overwhelming approval for all resolutions, including the Board and Supervisory Committee reports, the 2023 annual report, and the profit distribution plan, with each resolution receiving at least 99.98% votes in favor. Additionally, the meeting approved the appointment of an auditor for 2024 and the remuneration for directors and supervisors without any votes against.
