China Railway Signal & Communication Corporation Limited has announced a final ordinary cash dividend for the financial year ending 31 December 2023, at RMB 1.7 per 10 shares, with shareholder approval on 13 June 2024. The ex-dividend date is set for 18 June 2024, and the payment will be made on 30 August 2024. A 10% withholding tax will be applied to both non-resident enterprise and individual shareholders, with the possibility of tax treaty refunds.
