China Railway Group Limited has announced the proposed election and re-election of seven Directors to its Board, with the outgoing Directors maintaining their positions until the new members commence their term. Shareholders will vote on the proposed changes at the forthcoming Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM), where the new Directors will serve a term of three years.
