China Railway Group Limited has announced a final dividend of RMB 0.21 per share for the fiscal year ending 31 December 2023, with the dividend to be paid on 08 August 2024 at an exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.0959. Shareholders must log transfer documents by 18 July 2024 to be eligible for the dividend, which will be subject to a 10% withholding tax for non-resident enterprises and individuals, and a 20% tax for resident individuals through the Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect or Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect.
