China Railway Group Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. MA Yonghong as the new secretary to the Board, effective from 4 July 2024. Following Mr. HE Wen’s resignation, Mr. MA will serve in this role until the election of the new Board session. With extensive experience in the company’s financial management, Mr. MA is set to contribute his expertise as a seasoned senior accountant and existing director of CR (Hong Kong) Treasury Management.
