China Railway Group (HK:0390) has released an update.
China Railway Group Limited has announced the approval of its profit distribution plan for 2023, with a final dividend of RMB0.21 per share, which will be paid in Hong Kong dollars at the exchange rate of HK$100 to RMB91.2496, resulting in HK$0.2301 per H share after tax. The register of H Shareholders will be closed from July 19 to July 25, 2024, for dividend entitlement, and dividends will be disbursed on August 8, 2024. Shareholders are advised of the 10% withholding tax for non-resident enterprise shareholders and the related tax implications for individual shareholders.
