China Railway Signal & Communication Corporation Limited has announced an ordinary final dividend of RMB 1.7 per 10 shares for the year ended December 31, 2023, payable on July 26, 2024, with an exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.098016. Shareholders must lodge transfer documents by June 19 to be registered for the dividend, which is subject to a 10% withholding tax for non-resident enterprise and individual shareholders.
