China Power International Development has declared a final ordinary dividend of RMB 0.168 per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025, equivalent to HKD 0.1911 per share based on an exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.1375. The dividend, subject to shareholder approval on 8 June 2026, will be paid on 30 June 2026, with the ex-dividend date set for 10 June 2026 and the record date on 16 June 2026.
The announcement also updates investors on a change to the record date and book closure period, now running from 12 to 16 June 2026 for determining dividend entitlement. Non-resident enterprise shareholders registered outside the PRC will be subject to a 10% withholding tax on the dividend, clarifying the post-tax cash return for this investor group and underscoring the company’s ongoing capital return policy.
