China Power International Development’s subsidiary, Shentou Power II, has acquired two residential buildings in Shanxi Province from Shentou Industry Company for approximately RMB 52.16 million, including taxes. This intra-group transaction, which is below the threshold requiring independent shareholder approval, will be funded through the company’s internal resources.
