China Power International Development Limited successfully conducted its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 6 June 2024, with all resolutions passed by shareholders, including the adoption of audited financial statements, declaration of a final dividend, and re-election of directors. Shareholders granted a mandate to the board to allot additional shares, repurchase shares, and extend the mandate for additional share dealings. The AGM, facilitated by Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited as scrutineer, saw high approval rates for all proposed resolutions.
