China Power International Development has rescheduled its 2026 annual general meeting from 4 June to 8 June 2026 due to administrative arrangements, prompting a change to the associated record date and book closure period. All other details of the dividend and AGM remain unchanged, and the AGM notice, circular and proxy form are scheduled to be dispatched to shareholders in April 2026.
