China Pipe Group Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Alan Lai as executive director and co-chairman, following the re-designation of co-chairman and a reshuffle of its Board committees, effective from July 1, 2024. This follows Lai’s completion of a previously mandated five-year directorship and chairpersonship ban stemming from a settlement agreement in New Zealand. The Board has expressed unanimous support for Lai’s appointment, citing his potential contribution to the company’s growth in the Greater Bay Area market.
