China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation has announced an interim dividend of RMB 0.146 per share for the period ending June 30, 2024, with shareholders on the Hong Kong register to receive HKD 0.1593 per share after currency conversion. The ex-dividend date is set for September 5, 2024, with the payment to be made on September 26, 2024. A withholding tax of 10% will be applied to both resident and non-resident enterprise and individual shareholders, with the potential for tax treaty rates to apply upon approval by tax authorities.
