China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation has announced a final cash dividend of RMB 0.2 per share for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023, payable on July 26, 2024, with an ex-dividend date set for July 8, 2024. The dividend will be paid in Hong Kong dollars at HKD 0.2194 per share, reflecting the current exchange rate. A withholding tax of 10% will be applied to both non-resident enterprise and individual shareholders.
