China PengFei Group Limited’s subsidiary, Jiangsu Pengfei, has recently subscribed to two BOC Wealth Management Products for a total of RMB 100 million, which is part of the company’s strategy to allocate idle funds. The investments are principal-guaranteed with a return linked to the EUR/USD exchange rate, and are subject to the reporting and announcement requirements of the Hong Kong Listing Rules.
