China Parenting Network Raises Funds Through Share Subscriptions

China Parenting Network Holdings Limited (HK:1736) has released an update.

China Parenting Network Holdings Limited announced the completion of several share subscription agreements with Ms. Tan Chiu Lan Francine and, in one instance, Ms. Wu Saiya, at discounted rates in 2023 to raise funds for repaying the company’s outstanding professional fees and expenses. While Ms. Tan’s agreements were fulfilled, the agreement with Ms. Wu was terminated due to non-settlement. The company successfully utilized all proceeds from these subscriptions for the intended financial obligations within the fiscal year.
