China Pacific Insurance (Group) Co., Ltd. has announced that its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) will proceed as initially planned, with the inclusion of an additional special resolution to amend the Articles of Association. Shareholders are set to consider and, if deemed suitable, approve the proposed amendments at the AGM scheduled for June 6, 2024.
