China Pacific Insurance (Group) Co., Ltd. has recently elected Ms. ZHOU Liyun and Mr. GU Qiang as employee representative supervisors, with their appointments pending regulatory approval. Both bring significant experience within the company and other prestigious organizations, but will not receive additional remuneration for their supervisory roles. Their terms will be disclosed in the annual report and are effective upon regulatory approval until the conclusion of the 10th board of supervisors.
