China Pacific Insurance (Group) Co., Ltd. has announced the resignation of Ms. LIU Xiaodan from her roles as independent non-executive director and chairwoman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee due to her work arrangement. Her resignation will temporarily result in a shortage of independent non-executive directors until the new appointment is approved by regulatory authorities. The Board expressed appreciation for Ms. LIU’s dedicated service to the company.
