China Overseas Land & Investment (HK:0688) has released an update.
China Overseas Land & Investment Limited has announced the forfeiture of unclaimed dividends from 2018, urging shareholders to claim their unpaid final and interim dividends before they revert to the company on 30 September 2024. Shareholders must contact the company’s registrar by the specified deadline to avoid forfeiture. The unclaimed dividends include a final dividend of HK45 cents and an interim dividend of HK40 cents declared in March and August 2018, respectively.
