China Overseas Grand Oceans Group Limited has announced a change in its share registrar to Tricor Investor Services Limited, effective from January 1, 2025. This move requires shareholders to lodge any share transfer applications with the new registrar from this date onwards. All uncollected share certificates must be retrieved from Tricor starting January 2025.
