China Oilfield Services Limited successfully conducted its Annual General Meeting (AGM) and H Shareholders’ Class Meeting on May 28, 2024, with a strong attendance representing over 72% of the company’s total share capital. All resolutions, including the approval of the audited financial statements, the proposed profit distribution, and the directors’ report for the year ended December 31, 2023, were passed by a majority of votes. The meetings were held in accordance with relevant laws and without any voting restrictions imposed on shareholders.
