China NT Pharma Group Co., Ltd. announced the successful passing of all proposed resolutions, including the Share Consolidation, during their extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on June 28, 2024. Shareholders voted overwhelmingly in favor, with the Share Consolidation resolution receiving 99.99% approval. The EGM was attended by board directors and presided over by Chairman Mr. Ng Tit.
