China Nonferrous Mining Corporation Limited announced a revision of annual caps for its continuing connected transactions due to an expected increase in business development. The company also terminated its 2023 Financial Services Agreement, replacing it with a new Financial Services Framework Agreement to provide various financial services until December 2026. These changes are subject to approval requirements under the Listing Rules due to the company’s relationship with its controlling shareholder, CNMC.
