China New Economy Fund Ltd. has announced the resignation of Mr. Huang Bin from his roles as non-executive Director and co-chairman, effective from September 17, 2024, due to other business commitments. The company has confirmed that there are no disagreements or undisclosed issues related to his departure. Following Mr. Huang’s resignation, Mr. Choi Chit Sze Jackson will take over as the chairman of the board.
