China Nature Energy Technology Holdings Limited has announced the resignation of Mr. PAN Honghuang as the company secretary and authorized representative, effective from August 31, 2024. He is succeeded by Ms. HOO Mei Fung who brings over 30 years of experience in company secretarial, accounting, and finance matters.
