China National Culture Group Limited has announced plans to appoint Infinity CPA Limited as its new auditor for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025, pending shareholder approval at an upcoming extraordinary general meeting. The proposed change comes after the withdrawal of a resolution to re-appoint the previous auditor, Elite Partners, which has confirmed that there are no issues to be raised concerning the change.
