China National Building Material Co. has announced a pre-conditional cash offer to buy back up to 841,749,304 H shares at HK$4.03 per share. The fulfillment of pre-conditions has delayed the dispatch of the offer document, now extended to no later than July 7, 2025. Investors are advised to exercise caution as the offer is contingent on meeting these conditions.
