China Modern Dairy Holdings Ltd. has entered into a Shared Financial Services Framework Agreement with Inner Mongolia Mengniu to receive financial accounting-related services from 2025 to 2027. This agreement, classified as a continuing connected transaction under Hong Kong’s Listing Rules, involves an annual cap of RMB8 million. The deal is subject to reporting and review requirements but is exempt from independent shareholder approval.
