China Modern Dairy Holdings Ltd. announced the successful passing of all resolutions at their Annual General Meeting on June 12, 2024, with unanimous support for the audited financial statements, the proposed final dividend, and the reappointment of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu as auditors. Shareholders also granted mandates to issue and repurchase shares, and voted in favor of re-electing directors with a significant majority.
