China Modern Dairy Holdings Ltd. has entered into a procurement and sale agreement with Shanxi Yashili and Oushi Mengniu for the supply and purchase of dairy products until the end of 2025. The deal involves indirect non-wholly owned subsidiaries of both companies and is subject to specific reporting and review requirements due to the connected nature of the parties. The financial impact is capped at RMB 10 million for the remainder of 2024 and RMB 100 million for the financial year 2025.
