China Mobile Limited has announced an interim dividend of HK$2.60 per share for the first half of 2024, with a 10% enterprise income tax to be withheld for non-resident enterprise holders. The register of members will be closed from September 4-6, 2024, to determine entitlement to the dividend, which will be paid on September 24 to those on the register by September 6. Resident enterprise shareholders can submit documentation by September 3, 2024, to avoid the withholding tax if eligible.
