China Minsheng Banking Corp. has announced its proposal to terminate the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers as its auditors for the year 2024. The decision, which is based on prudence and market information, will be subject to shareholder approval at an upcoming general meeting. The bank is currently in the process of selecting a new auditor for the 2024 annual financial report and will keep its shareholders informed on the progress.
