China Minsheng Banking Corp., Ltd. has announced a supplemental notice regarding its 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM), confirming the event will proceed as scheduled on June 26, 2024. The meeting’s agenda has been updated to remove the election of Mr. Wang Xiaoyong and Mr. Zhang Juntong as executive Directors, while additional resolutions for the election of various board members and supervisors will be considered.
