China Minsheng Banking Corp., Ltd. has proposed KPMG Huazhen LLP and KPMG as their new auditors for the fiscal year 2024, pending shareholder approval. The auditors are tasked with handling both domestic and international financial reports and an internal control audit, with service fees totaling RMB5.68 million. A detailed notice and circular regarding the auditor appointment will be published for the bank’s shareholders.
